What to report from this game? Hard to say really. There was a lot of chopping and changing around of the team. Quite a few of the young ones getting a run, but at some point very soon Con Tangalakis is going to have to sort the wheat from the chaff. 

Started off like a house on fire, scoring a goal within the first minute with a move that was so beautiful that we surely won't be able to replicate it for the season proper. Defence iffy - I think Amir Jashari is handling Saturday keeping duties because Nikola Roganovic has work commitments. Northcote could've scored a few more in the first half, and Jashari saved a second half penalty.

Look, the score isn't the important thing here, it's about working out who's likely to start, who's worth keeping around, and hopefully working all of that out soon.

    Lacklustre performances by a lacklustre team.

    Lets not kid ourselves here. This is a team that will finish mid-table at best and will leak many goals. I'll be happy with finishing 11th, as it will mean we avoid relegation.
