Women, Youth, mixed results
Senior women had a 4-0 loss to Preston. Reserves however had a 7-1 victory. State 3 women lost 2-1 to Richmond. Under 21s drew 0-0. Under 18s keep up their good form with a 4-1 win over Kingston.
Women had a tough day, not playing for 3 weeks due to fixture changes. The viscious play and fight early in the game made matters worse. Some players should be ashamed of themselves. A report of the match (and a nice picture of a preston player taking a specky) can be found at goal weekly here http://www.goalweekly.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=97:bergers-by-the-dozen&catid=914:wpl&Itemid=72
We've had a lot of fun over the years with my freewheeling comments policy, but all good things must come to an end. Therefore I will no longer be approving comments that contain personal abuse of any sort.
Still, if your post doesn't get approved straight away, it's probably because I haven't seen it yet.
As usual, publication of a comment does not mean endorsement of its content.
